Gone to Seed do not accept any responsibility and are not liable under any circumstances for any ill affects or harm caused by misuse,consumption or inhalation of any seeds purchased from gone to seed . All seeds are solely for the purpose of sowing and growing. The back of each greeting card clearly states:

WARNING:THIS CARD IS NOT A TOY AND IS UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS

RETURNS POLICY
In the unfortunate event that you receive wrong or damaged goods.  Please notify Gone to Seed by e-mail within 24 hours, and then return them to us at your cost, unused, and in perfect condition within 7 days of delivery and we will replace them free of charge.
If you would prefer a refund we will return monies in the form of a cheque within 21 days of receiving the goods back.  We must be notified by email within 24 hours if goods are faulty. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive. Should you have reason to complain you can contact us by going to our contact page on the website. These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.

LICENCE
All material on this website including without limitation photographs, graphical images, artwork, data compilations are owned by us. No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website.

SERVICE ACCESS
while we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at anytime for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or reasons beyond our control.

We are committed to protecting your privacy, we will only use your information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1998).  We collect information on you for 2 reasons: firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
